Talin started with a question that never made sense to us: why is your sourcing tool separate from your sales automation tool? Both are outbound. Both run on list building, scoring, segmentation, and personalization. Both live in the same channels. Agencies were paying for two stacks, and doing double the admin, to run one desk.
So we built the platform for the 360 recruiter. Candidate campaigns fill the roles you have open. MPC campaigns pitch your strongest candidates to the clients hiring right now. The same engine, the same inbox, the same sync back to your ATS, flipping between both sides of the desk.
The bet behind the company is simple: recruiting agencies deserve tools built for them, not repackaged sales software or enterprise TA platforms with an agency tier bolted on. If Talin were one feature inside somebody's larger suite, it could never go deep enough to matter. We're betting the farm on agencies.
We build from Toronto and ship fast, and when you message support you get a person, usually the same day. That is a small company advantage we intend to keep.
