Talin and Bullhorn
Seamlessly sync your Talin activity with Bullhorn.
Connect Bullhorn in four steps
Pick Bullhorn from the list
Open Settings → Integrations in Talin and choose Bullhorn under ATS. One workspace can carry an ATS and a CRM at the same time, so this slot is only half the stack.
Paste your credentials
Talin hands off to Bullhorn to authorize the connection. Fill in your OAuth2 Client ID and OAuth2 Client Secret, authorize, and you land back in Talin connected.
Decide what syncs, and when
Choose which events push a candidate to the ATS and which write a note: on send, on reply, on entering a campaign, and on which channel. Nothing moves until you say so.
The first sync runs itself
Bullhorn shows as connected and Talin starts writing. Change any switch later, or disconnect, without touching the records and notes already in your ATS.
The Bullhorn details
Bullhorn covers both sides of the desk: candidate campaigns write to Bullhorn as your ATS, and prospect campaigns can write to Bullhorn as your CRM, both from the same Talin workspace.
Prospects land as Leads or as Contacts, your choice in Campaign Mapping Settings, so BD activity matches how your team already reports in Bullhorn.
Campaigns can be tied to a specific Bullhorn job, so every synced candidate lands associated with the req they were sourced for.
Note actions are mappable: each Talin event (message sent, reply received, connection request) can write the Bullhorn note type your workflows already expect.
