Pick JobAdder from the list

Open Settings → Integrations in Talin and choose JobAdder under ATS. One workspace can carry an ATS and a CRM at the same time, so this slot is only half the stack.

Sign in to JobAdder

Talin hands off to JobAdder's own sign-in to authorize the connection. Approve the access it asks for and you land back in Talin connected. No credentials are ever typed into Talin.

Decide what syncs, and when

Choose which events push a candidate to the ATS and which write a note: on send, on reply, on entering a campaign, and on which channel. Nothing moves until you say so.

The first sync runs itself

JobAdder shows as connected and Talin starts writing. Change any switch later, or disconnect, without touching the records and notes already in your ATS.

Good to know

JobAdder covers both sides: candidate campaigns sync to the ATS, and prospect campaigns can write as Contacts or as Companies, whichever fits your BD reporting.

Talin can pull email addresses that already exist in JobAdder, so a credit is never spent re-finding someone your database already knows.

An exclude rule can skip contacts with recent JobAdder activity inside a lookback window you set, keeping campaigns clear of records your team is already working.

Yes. Talin pushes candidates and their enriched contact details into JobAdder, and pulls records the other way so a candidate who already exists in your ATS is matched rather than duplicated. Every message Talin sends and every reply it receives writes back as a note on the candidate.

Yes. Candidate campaigns write to the ATS side and prospect campaigns to the CRM side, as Contacts or Companies. Each side connects independently and keeps its own sync switches.

No, not if you turn on the pull option: Talin reads the email addresses JobAdder already holds and spends credits only on genuine gaps. You can also exclude anyone with recent JobAdder activity from imports entirely.

About five minutes. You pick JobAdder in Settings → Integrations, sign in to JobAdder and approve the access it asks for, choose which events push records and write notes, and the first sync starts on its own. No engineering, no data migration.

Syncing stops and nothing is deleted. Records and notes Talin already wrote stay in JobAdder, and your Talin campaigns keep running. Reconnecting picks the sync back up with your previous settings.
