Talin and Mercury ATS
Seamlessly sync your Talin activity with Mercury ATS.
Connect Mercury ATS in four steps
Pick Mercury ATS from the list
Open Settings → Integrations in Talin and choose Mercury ATS under ATS. One workspace can carry an ATS and a CRM at the same time, so this slot is only half the stack.
Paste your credentials
Talin hands off to Mercury ATS to authorize the connection. Fill in your subscription-key, tenant-id and Domain URL, authorize, and you land back in Talin connected.
Decide what syncs, and when
Choose which events push a candidate to the ATS and which write a note: on send, on reply, on entering a campaign, and on which channel. Nothing moves until you say so.
The first sync runs itself
Mercury ATS shows as connected and Talin starts writing. Change any switch later, or disconnect, without touching the records and notes already in your ATS.
The Mercury ATS details
Mercury handles both campaign types: candidate campaigns and prospect campaigns each sync with their own set of switches.
Talin can pull email addresses that already exist in Mercury, so credits only go on contacts your database does not already know.
Every sync behavior is a toggle: push on import or on enrichment, note on send or on reply, message bodies in notes or headlines only. Records write under the Talin user who owns the campaign.
