Pick Zoho Recruit from the list

Open Settings → Integrations in Talin and choose Zoho Recruit under ATS. One workspace can carry an ATS and a CRM at the same time, so this slot is only half the stack.

Sign in to Zoho Recruit

Talin hands off to Zoho Recruit's own sign-in to authorize the connection. Approve the access it asks for and you land back in Talin connected. No credentials are ever typed into Talin.

Decide what syncs, and when

Choose which events push a candidate to the ATS and which write a note: on send, on reply, on entering a campaign, and on which channel. Nothing moves until you say so.

The first sync runs itself

Zoho Recruit shows as connected and Talin starts writing. Change any switch later, or disconnect, without touching the records and notes already in your ATS.

Zoho Recruit is a candidate-side sync: campaigns push candidate records with enriched contact details, and every message and reply writes back as a note.

Eight switches control the sync: push on import or enrichment, notes on send or reply, message bodies included or headlines only, and campaign entry and exit logged.

Talin can pull email addresses already in Zoho Recruit, so credits are spent only on contacts your database does not already hold.

No, Zoho Recruit is the candidate half of the stack. A Talin workspace can run an ATS and a CRM together, so BD campaigns can sync to HubSpot or Salesforce alongside Zoho Recruit.
