Talin and Spott
Spott is the AI-native workspace for agency recruiters. Talin is the outreach engine that fills it, automatically.
Connect Spott in four steps
Pick Spott from the list
Open Settings → Integrations in Talin and choose Spott under ATS. One workspace can carry an ATS and a CRM at the same time, so this slot is only half the stack.
Paste your API Key
Talin hands off to Spott to authorize the connection. Copy the token from your Spott Settings → API Keys page, authorize, and you land back in Talin connected.
Decide what syncs, and when
Choose which events push a candidate to the ATS and which write a note: on send, on reply, on entering a campaign, and on which channel. Nothing moves until you say so.
The first sync runs itself
Spott shows as connected and Talin starts writing. Change any switch later, or disconnect, without touching the records and notes already in your ATS.
The Spott details
Spott is a candidate-side sync: campaigns push candidate records with verified contact details attached, and every message and reply writes back as activity on the record.
Connecting takes one API key, generated under Settings → API Keys in Spott. No engineering and no data migration.
Every LinkedIn message, DM, connection request, and reply is recorded against the candidate, alongside email activity, attributed to the Talin user who owns the campaign.
